AUHSD Cancel School During Extreme Rain/Flood Risks

Not only are the streets flooded, but my school, Western High, along with others have drain pipes that have not been cleaned in years! This disregard to maintenance has led extensive water build up across the floor leaving many parts of the school inaccessible. Due to such conditions students are forced to take longer pathways to class resulting in lateness.

I just want to stay home. And be warm cause the floods are like 3 feet and well I'm 4'something soooo... I feel like I wouldn't be drowning the whole time.

Some students drive to school or walk they are both dangerous to get to school. So therefore there should not be school.

Alright Guys come on we don't have school on Friday. And it's just water it doesn't hurt and besides look at the bright side California needs rain! And for those in Ap classes we can't afford to miss school! Do it for yourselves not the district.
