This bill is nothing more than a vailed attempt to give illegal aliens voting rights in Massachusetts and consequently disenfrancising legitimate Massachusetts citizens of their voting rights. It is illegal these rights are protected by the Masdachusetts constitution.

I do not support universal mail in ballots in the State of Massachusetts.Voting is one of the most important thing one can do.We should not be making it easier to vote we should be strengthening laws ie voter ID.
