§20701. Retention and preservation of records and papers by officers of elections; deposit with custodian; penalty for violation
Every officer of election shall retain and preserve, for a period of twenty-two months from the date of any general, special, or primary election of which candidates for the office of President, Vice President, presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, or Resident Commissioner from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are voted for, all records and papers which come into his possession relating to any application, registration, payment of poll tax, or other act requisite to voting in such election, except that, when required by law, such records and papers may be delivered to another officer of election and except that, if a State or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico designates a custodian to retain and preserve these records and papers at a specified place, then such records and papers may be deposited with such custodian, and the duty to retain and preserve any record or paper so deposited shall devolve upon such custodian. Any officer of election or custodian who willfully fails to comply with this section shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

Massachusetts election officials have admitted to violation of this federal election law; in their admission of shutting off the mechanism that captures images of the paper ballots we put into the machines.
Massachusetts has offered no sound excuse for shutting off the mechanism in our election machines from preserving and retaining the ballot images. Massachusetts election officials and the A.G. that has not investigated this crime must be held to account for this very suspicious, dereliction of their duties. It should be criminally prosecuted as this tricky little tactic of theirs is a direct violation of federal law.

Federal Law requires all states to retain and preserve all records connected to an election of any Federal office ex. President, U.S. Senate or U.S. House of Reps. for 22 months post election. Massachusetts officials have admitted to shutting off the ability of our ballot collecting machines, from retaining and preserving of the elections in this state. This is an intentional violation of the law. And the 2020 election must be audited. And Massachusetts officials must be held accountable for this reckless, suspicious skirting of federal law.

I have had a degree in Government for 54 years and NEVER seen a more corrupt election than the 2020 fiasco! The very FACT that the SJC refused to hear the sworn affidavits of hundreds of American Citizen voters who , at risk of perjury, swore they witnessed massive fraud in the election shows we have a dual standard of inequitable justice in operation and that the Left is doing everything it can to PREVENT or override the revelations forthcoming daily from actual audits that confirm our worst fears as to the fraudulence of the 2020 election! Secretary of State Galvin MUST be made to reveal what he knows or be removed as Secretary of State for cause! And ,We MUST work to make sure that all future elections are bereft of such obscenities as early or late mail in voting and the only mail-ins should be ABSENTEE ballots confirmed from legitimate voter listings. ID s should include not only photos but fingerprints and DNA samples. We have the Technology and that should be used to GUARANTEE fair elections. As it is , there is too much opportunity for fraud and other irregularities and few ways to discover TRUTH, a quality of which the Lunatic Left has utterly NO CONCEPT, or the controlled mass media which smears all Conservative values and American traditional positions as the MARXIST ORIENTED MINIONS THEIR PERFORMANCE RECORDS PROVE THEM TO BE, PERIOD!.
