Everything about this man is in opposition to the Auburn Creed. He should not be teaching students of any school. War Eagle.

I do believe in free speech even from those I disagree with. I do not want Mr. Golberg fired for his recent ridiculous and hateful comments. I would, however, like to see him quickly fired for something else. I'm sure there will be something. Do NOT let him hunker down in the leftist edge of that English Department.

I wouldn’t pay for my daughter to attend his class. It would seem that he doesn’t have much to offer.

I took some time to review Mr. Goldberg’s comments going back a couple of years on Facebook and his Twitter account. Mr Goldberg makes it clear that he hates policy and basically law and order. I found much more hate filled opinions other than just police. I first question who was responsible for hiring this individual and why? Mr Goldberg is not a good fit at Auburn whatsoever.

I am a long time Auburn fan. I want Auburn to reflect the values of our state. This man should not be allowed to teach our young people hate

I would support the firing of this professor. I do not believe he stands for the morals of an AU man.

I believe in freedom of speech. However This pushed it over the top. No place for it.

This professor does not represent the values that Auburn stands for. Whoever hired him should also be looked into, due diligence would have shown this person wasn’t a good fit pre-hiring.

This is Auburn. You can not and should not tolerate such behavior. We have e got to fight back against things of this nature. This country is getting out of hand. Let's show them in the south that we still care about this country and are not afraid to stand behind our morals. He has to go!!!

I consider this tweet to be hate speech and as such should be punished to the full extent of the law.

Class of ‘76. Very disappointed that Auburn has not already taken action on this.

This professor does not reflect the Auburn Creed, nor does he represent the Auburn family. Please reconsider his hiring.
