بناء على القانون رقم ٠ الصادر بتاريخ ٢٣/٦/١٩٥٥ والذي يجرم اي تعامل مع العدو الاسرائيلي مهما كان نوعه بقوله" ذلك متى كان موضوع الاتفاق صفقة تجارية او عمليات مالية او اي تعامل اخر. وعليه فان مثل هذا العمل عو عمل غير قانوني نطلب عدم السير به.
What a shame for a university like AUB doing such an action. AUB which was a university I always respected and admired... Such a disgrace.
What a disgrace!! How can a university that is known for it's diversiry and has a palestinian club do this. This is outrageous...

AUB should respect the official position of the Lebanese State that declares "Israel" as an enemy. Hence, normalization of relations with the enemy is forbidden in Lebanon
