I can understand having masks for the first two weeks to make sure no one is bringing it back from their home but beyond that it should be optional.

I have spent the past year and a half researching everything I could find on masks, vaccines and anything related to virology and immunology. I am not a doctor but I have read numerous studies and research work by many doctors who do not agree with the CDC, NIH or the FDA. I have over 20 mask studies (randomized control studies) that found no evidence that masks stop the spread of viral infections. The CDC has changed its message on masks numerous times since last March 2020 so I am very skeptical at this point in their credibility to provide guidance on masks at this point. Even if you are stopping large droplets from coughs and sneezes, you are still breathing in aerosol particles which contain virus particles. Research was published in Science Daily that showed evidence that 1 virus particle would be able to infect you. I would suggest reading an article from 2018 in Live Science about the millions and millions or viruses that are floating in the air around us. A mask isn’t going to keep out COVId virus particles. If you look at the data from across the country from last March to now, cases actually rose AFTER masks were required in many of the larger cities. Respiratory viruses cannot be stopped by any of the mitigation strategies that have been implemented and I don’t know why AU is reverting back to masks. We have to focus on what works to treat the symptoms if you do get COVID. I would say to AU to look at the various treatments that front line doctors used before vaccines to treat patients that got so sick they had to go to the hospital. Not one discussion has been had that I can find on what DID work this past year. I found testimony from Dr. Pierre Kory before a senate committee on Dec 8th and I found testimony from Dr. Peter McCullough before the Texas legislature. Both talked about the use of ivermectin and HCQ plus other drugs to treat symptoms which saved lives. Why they haven’t been on every media outlet across the US is beyond me. COVId is not the mo
