As Weisenberg Township (PA) presently has no ordinance regulating the operation of All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), we the undersigned, hereby request that the Weisenberg Township Board of Supervisors create an ordinance to provide for the reasonable regulation of ATVs in Weisenberg Township so as to reduce noise and air pollution and protect the public’s health, safety and welfare; and to provide for the peaceable enjoyment of property.
