Competition is a healthy thing. It keeps businesses honest and on their toes.
A lot of the food truck owners want to own thier own restaraunt.

Its only fair. I dont think theres any places to eat down town that are worth going to. Id rather food trucks came and took the customers that are tired of expensive mediocre food with unsatisfactory service.

Food Trucks shouldn't be parked within such close proximity but I do agree that they shouldn't be shut down.

Food trucks are great for isolated places like the Tate Pump House or even just businesses downtown that don't have kitchens of their own such as Frontier Brewing Company. If brick-and-mortar stores are having a hard time competing then they need to step their game up! While there are plenty of good restaurants around town, I've had food from several trucks and they're all offering some legitimate competition.
