To Whom This May Concern: Thomas (18 years old) was going to his girlfriend\'s ex-boyfriend\'s house to pick up the rest of her belongings, and her 17 year old ex-boyfriend proceeded to attack him with a sawed-off golf club. Thomas was hit in the head at least 3 times, the face at least 2 times, and after he had fallen to the ground, the 17 year old boy/man then stabbed him in the back (on the left side, which we believe was an attempt to stab his heart through his ribs) at least 3 times. Thomas has recieved STAPLES in his head, as well as, stitches in his chin, and in his back!!! This boy was arrested for MALICIOUS WOUNDING, and will be tried as a juvenile. (He is also going to be tried as a juvenile for assault and battery to his ex-girlfriend from a few days previous to this incident.) THIS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED! This petition is going to be viewed by the judge and the lawyers, so that we may get this 17 year old boy/man tried as an adult, and not JUST for malicious wounding, we WANT HIM to be tried for ATTEMPTED MURDER, AS WELL AS ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON. However, the D.A. is NOT WANTING TO TRY HIM AS AN ADULT, OR PRESS MORE CHARGES!!!! WHY B/C THE MAN/BOY HAS NEVER BEEN PROSECUTED FOR THE PENDING CHARGES HE HAS AGAINST HIM FROM OTHER INCIDENTS IN THE NEAR PAST!!! HELP US GET THIS MAN/BOY LOCKED UP FOR GOOD AND SHOW THE D.A. THE PUBLIC\'S VOICES DO COUNT!!!!!
