Off road parking just means nobody else can use that space on the road. Another thing to consider is the fact that there is still a big enough garden for further development, when would it stop.

The access road to Gissons is not suitable for the amount of people using it now & untill this is improved further development should not be considered.
Parking also a major issue!

The corner is already dangerous due to people parking on the corner. If this goes ahead it will make it impossible to see oncoming traffic which will make it even more dangerous. In addition emergency services need to be able to access the end of the Gissons road safely and quickly. An ambulance attends one of the bungalows at the end of the Gissons at least once a day and this could inhibit the access.
