AT&T said they would bring 5000 customer service rep jobs back to the USA if the gov't would only approve their T-Mobile acquisition purchase attempt. How about you just DO the right thing and bring back customer service that is American based when it is Americans that are calling! It is a waste of time and money to have agents not understand us clearly when we call. Shame on AT&T for saying they would do it IF they were allowed to get a stronger monopoly. Bring back the jobs irrespective of the outcome of your T-Mobile purchase attempt, AT&T!
