Mr. Moore and Mr. Wasserstein:
We, members of Congregation B\'nai Jeshurun, urge you to address the concerns of the residents of Atria and come to an agreement regarding reasonable rate increases. Several members of our congregation reside at Atria West Side, and we believe that Atria should create a policy of reasonable increases that residents can anticipate. The elderly of our community cannot move with the physical and emotional ease of our younger neighbors and must anticipate up front what their costs will be. We hope you resolve this issue with the urgency it demands.

My grandmother lives here and she is terrified every time a new bill comes in. This is just plain wrong.
