The right to speak to defend the future of our group: ATOS ORIGIN We, the employees of the Atos Origin group, signatories of this petition, are asserting our right to speak in order to preserve the future of our company. We, the employees of the Atos Origin group, are the real asset of our Group, through our know-how, our involvement, our expertise and the energy that we are providing for its development; we have a legitimate right to speak and to express our position. We also have the right to be heard. The declarations, which are currently being conveyed through the press by PARDUS and CENTAURUS, the two private equity funds which have taken a significant stake in our company, lead us to strongly believe that their strategy is focused on a potential break-up of the Atos Origin Group. The strategy of these private equity funds appears to be based on a misunderstanding of the global IT services market and the pursuit of immediate profit. We strongly believe that their messages have a real destabilizing effect on the business of our company, i.e. loss of employee motivation, loss of competence, difficulty in recruiting talent, disruption of business momentum gained through the implementation of the 303 transformation plan initiated in 2007 and consequently a general slowdown of our commercial activity. The transformation plan implemented by our management has proven its efficiency; · Group revenue up +8.5% year-on-year, revenue organic growth at +4.3% · Strong improvement of the operating margin at EUR 272 million (4.6% of revenue) including EUR 44 million of operating costs for the 3o3 plan · Adjusted net income of EUR 140 million, representing EUR 2.03 per share · Strong commercial momentum with numerous contract wins and a book to bill ratio of 106% · Net debt reduction to EUR 338 million · First proposed dividend ever at EUR 0.40 per share But, this strategy can only continue with success if the full integrity of our Group is preserved.
