Both sides must have better talent on field at all times, plays on both sides must be strategic as well as creative, NO MORE OLD TALENT, WE MUST GO BACK TO HAVING THE BEST RUN OFFENSE IM THE LEAGUE, WE HAVING RECEIVERS, GET MORE OF THEM THOUGH, BETTER QB, 1 MORE RB, A WHOLE NEW OLINE AND FIX UP THE DLINE, CB'S AND LINEBACKERS.
