We have far too many innocent people locked up, due to a corrupt system that just wants easiest prosecutions and people to blame. What they should want is to get the right people and in some cases no one in instances where that's not possible. Both these guys are clearly innocent.

I cant believe that I am sitting at home writing a petition for two innocent men that are in prison in the 21st century. This sadness be beyond belief and my thoughts are with those guys and there families.

It is very worrying to see how low a prosecutor can stoop in order to gain reputation for getting two fully innocent blokes convicted.

Utterly disgusted at the way this case was handled and the tactics used to obtain a FALSE confession! Don't understand how the physical evidence was not examined properly! And the judge, jury and prosecutors should be ashamed and I hope they can never rest easy with their decision

When watching the false confession tapes (which was the only evidence that was held against them both) I saw flaws and lies in the confession immediately. How a jury would not be able to open their eyes and see this is beyond a joke. I feel sincere heartbreak for how their lives have been tore apart; by the incident itself, the media and harassment of the police. This case needs to be reopened and reexamined.

Clearly, there wasn't enough evidence to convict these teenagers. Now, they are men who are spending life in prison, falsely convicted, their lives stolen in top of a tragedy.
Don't let these innocent men rot away.
