ASU Prep Poly return to Learning

Do not take away from the importance of in-person learning from our children. As educators you should already know how important person to person learning is for their future mental, socialogic and future professional growth. Please do not place us in the position to make the easy choice to seek this model outside ASU. ASU is home for so many of us; however, our kids future is our heart and priority!

Please go to full day learning

I want my daughter to go to school for in person instruction for her final year at ASU. We have been at the school since day one and it’s important to us for her to finish here.

I hope we will eventually resume a regular schedule once the covid-19 is under control.

Please bring back full-time in-person instruction for our children at ASU prep. I’m not sure how working parents are supposed pick up their children on half day schedule. This is not an option for many families. Many other districts are allowing full-time in-person instruction. Why not ASU?? We chose ASU prep for the amazing teachers and curriculum. Please reconsider!

Yes please return ASU Prep to the original model, hybrid and online doesn't work for our 3 children.

Return to classroom instruction

My daughter did not do well with the online learning prior to the end of last school year. I understand the need but if they are going to be Taught in person two days per week and then virtual in a learning lab I would like it to be back to taught in person 5 days a week as this is the best way for her to learn.

We really appreciate all of the options we have been provided with ASU Prep in this difficult time! We appreciate all of the time and thought that has gone into keeping our kids and families safe!! But we really hope that this isn’t a permanent school model as we want our kids face to face with a teacher and classmates as much as possible. Thanks again for all you do!

All of the other districts have an option to go back full time in person. How can you say you care about children but then stick them in front of a computer learning lab for 2 days a week with virtual instruction? The children need in person instruction and attention to thrive.

I have a son who doesn’t do well with “distant learning”. He is on a IEP and needs someone sitting with him to help him it he doesn’t focus. He is behind in reading so trying to learn on his own is a struggle. He needs the assistance of teachers and we chose ASU because of their personalized focus. This learning lab is a big disappointment and is having me considering pulling my kids as my son cannot get further behind than he already is.

I am 200% for going back to full time with teachers on the classroom. I came to ASU because of the teachers and the group collaboration with the help of the teachers. Not for my kid to sit in a classroom learning online. I understand at the beginning of the year things may have to be this way but if it continues for the entire year or if ASU decides to implement this program after next year I will not be returning. My other kids school, Legacy has opted to return to the classroom full-time and I think that's where our children belong

I’m thoroughly disappointed by the schools actions. Working parents were not taken into consideration and have to rearrange our schedule to pick our kids up half day. I would really like to see the in person education be a full day. I also can’t have my fourth grader home by herself doing her school work on her own. Please understand we love this school and am hoping we can get back to where we were before COVID. These kids also need social interaction along with an amazing education.
