We are wanting to start a first year astronomy unit on campus in Waurn Ponds. We do have an observatory on campus as well as great resources. There are 3 staff members behind the unit and all we need is student interest to get it up and running.

Finally! Having an observatory sitting there unused is a huge waste. Make it happen.

About time. Waurn ponds is perfect for this, the resources are already there just sitting around.
I would definitely enroll in this. Astronomy is why I wanted to go to uni in the first place.
