To form a Dakota Chapter of ASSE: This Petition will need the Signatures of ten or more active (dues-paying) members of the Chapter who are not convenient to the Chapter meeting location or for other reasons satisfactory to the Area Operating Committee (Regional Operating Committee).

The list of signatories must include printed names and member i.d. numbers.

Emeritus (non-paying members) and Student Members cannot be included in this list.
