Please keep this Restaraunt Chalet open for business. Aspen definitely needs this unique & quaint French Bistro Chalet. It is irreplaceable. It symbolizes the uniqueness of Aspen. The cuisine is absolutely Devine & the atmosphere!

Yes, this space provides for more seating but it takes away from available street parking. If the Chalet stays, paying a rental fee for the public space should occur and not be used for free.

We have come to Aspen specifically for the Chalet this bringing business to other restaurants and shops while visiting for a long weekend and helping Aspen’s economy. Please retain this amazing and COVID friendly dining experience! We aren’t out of the pandemic yet!
