Visited this location multiple times as part of our holiday vacation during the past two years and it is simply our favorite location in Aspen. On two of those occasions, sat in this space and we absolutely fell in love with it. It is so charming that it truly conveys the beauty and elegance of being in Aspen.

We love the chalet. We are locals and finally the bistro has more seats to allow more locals to enjoy the space.

We are part time locals for 25 years. We love Aspen and all the beauty it provides. Alpine Bistro is a favorite restaurant of ours. We enjoyed their outdoor space so much during the pandemic that we always chose that seating even now. The chalet adds beautify to the area and contribute s to the
European feeling ski areas try to duplicate. Allow the outdoor chalet to stay! Everyone loves it. January Knoke.

Please help this wonderful restaurant and staff. It is one of few places left in Aspen of character and uniqueness. I’ve been visiting Aspen since 1995.
Fell in love with everything there. Now there is no soul there. Ski cafe? Really. You are destroying everything that was unique there. Appears it’s all for the millionaires/billionaires.

We need more cozy places like the Bistro Chalet.
It is super cute and it offers a price point that is more affordable than most places in town.

There has been continued erosion of available eating spots. Soon all you will be able to do in Aspen is buy Louis Vuitton bags. Help support this restaurant
