The Chalet has been a beautiful, dynamic addition to the Aspen Restaurant scene. The FAB put so much time and effort making it ascetically pleasing and also safe for patrons during a pandemic. It would be a shame to see it torn down.

A beautiful setup that fits in with the spirit of Aspen. An independent restaurant that benefits the local community by creating jobs and increasing sales tax should definitely be able to keep this.
