On Wednesday, September 29, 2021, a number of persons entered into a binding contract with Asos for the purchase of various clothing (jackets, pants, shoes, etc.). The Asos company sent a confirmation of the order by e-mail with the number and date of the order, they were also debited from the bank cards of the people who made the purchase. On September 30, Asos sent people who made a purchase a message to their email addresses stating that their order was canceled due to the following reason: "SORRY, WE HAVE FAILED TO FULFILL YOUR ORDER Hi, your card was declined, so we were unable to process your payment. Below you can see why this happened. But don't worry, just click below to re-add items and order. "

But the money was debited from the buyers' cards, there are payment authorization codes. When contacting the Asos support service, they report that it turns out that the orders were canceled not because of problems with a bank card, but because they had a technical failure with the prices indicated on the site at the time of ordering. They also deny that they received our money and say that they are simply frozen on our cards (just nonsense). Asos refuse to process paid orders and offer to wait 10 days or more for a refund to our bank cards, thereby refusing to comply with a binding contract!

The Asos support service did not even apologize for the situation, but only say that they are sorry and they understand us!

Do not blame us for your failed system's or pricing error's or whatever excuse you wish to bring upon us. Asos accepted the order's as a binding contract the moment they agreed to accept and be in receipt our our fund's.

Accept responsibility for your failed action's and despatch what we purchased and now own according to eye's of the Law. Your name will not be cleared as a leading UK retailer until you rectify this shambolic blatant disregard for e-commerce customer service and unlawful behaviour. If you as a consumer, like me, want justice please voice yourself. Asos, send the promised clothing to those that have rightfully paid now.
