Rep. Trey Radel (R-Florida) was recently arrested for cocaine possession after voting for a bill that would require food stamp recipients to submit to drug testing. We would like the Honorable Gentleman from Florida to sponsor a constitutional amendment that would demand members of Congress to submit to drug testing as a requirement for holding office.
