This language is gonna hurt local housing efforts big time. Just leave how things work alone so we can actually help people in our neighborhoods without more red tape from DC.

PLEASE get rid of Section 251. We have enough on our plates with all the other regs changing. Keep it local!

Housing is such an important issue. We need our state's leaders to stand up for what is best and support local housing authorities.

With all of the HOTMA Changes happening, we need more stability and familiarity with our regulatory agencies. By shifting more control and oversight to HUD from the PBCA and Housing Authorities, you are destabilizing the industry and using a one size fits all approach when Housing is very regional and needs more lattitude.

I am a former board member of Bremerton, Housing Authority. This authority does everything it can to help low income folks, find decent housing. The proposed language will impair its ability to do so.
