I really thought this might just float around the internet unnoticed but seeing how many people actually care about these tiny wrestling shows is honestly wild. These local promoters are just trying to keep the lights on and seeing you all jump in to help keep the costs manageable makes me feel like we might actually get someone at the commission to listen to us.

Total overreach by the state. Why target wrestling specifically when other entertainment groups get a pass? Leave these guys alone.
My husband has been wrestling in SC for years. This will literally force him to quit because we cant afford these fees. Think about the families.
Ridiculous. 650 percent increase is insane for a small show that barely breaks even.
the ref requirement is a joke. seriously? letters of reference just to announce or ref a local match? fix this.
This is just a cash grab. These indie guys are already struggling to make ends meet and this is gonna kill the local scene. Let them work.
