keep drug limitations--the sport doesn't need to allow/encourage masking drugs for the sake of the ribbon.

Research has been done. There have been ample opportunities to "tweak." Failure to implement the good rulespenalties enacted years earlier is inexcusable.

OT is absoluzely impossible Not to Sign. The international Standards of früh Control in The Horse Buisiness. It will Ruin at least The Last Reputation of NRHA and affiliates

Would these riders/trainers feed their children medicaments only that they can compete in sportevents? Would they give nothing on the health of their kids?
