Funding for education is one of the governor's strongest rallying points. Public libraries provide invaluable access to information and education on all levels for all ages. Leaving Missouri's public libraries unfunded is directly against that platform.

As a user and employee of a larger public library that is being affected by this unfortunate turn of events, I sincerely hope the governor will do what is best for Missouri communities. Public libraries are indispensable. Indeed, they are one of the last truly democratic establishments, and need to be safe-guarded.

As a senoir on SS Disability, I rely on the Library for so many programs, Tax help, reading materials, research, dietary information, and so much more! There are so very many servies of use to everyone. Please release the funds needed to keep these servies available.

Gov. Nixon. Went against Kim Tucci to favor you for governor. Don't make him correct by defunding our public libaries. In our small town, it is the one structure standing
