Libraries serve as an important resource for the citizens of Missouri. It not only provides a way for accessing books but is a place for tutoring, studying, using technology especially when so much needs to be accessed online. Funding of public libraries should be of the utmost importance.

Library provide access to information and technology that many of Missouri's tax payers would be unable to find on their own. Taking money away from libraries means taking access away from Missouri citizens!

I spent my childhood in the library both for school and for pleasure. I would not have been able to afford the books I could find there. Libraries are essential for those children of limited means who have a craving for learning.
