Shame on Gov. Nixon and his office staff for showing our young people/future voters that they only have time for big wheel adults with campaign donations. Shame on you all!! There seems to be plenty of funding for sports stadiums that can only be used by the few that have money to pay for seats, yet little to no funding for libraries which are available to everyone. Jay Nixon and his cronies have lost my support forever. I am a register voter and I always vote, but this just showed me who I don't want to vote for!!

We need more funds released to help us support our Library and our Customers/Patrons. Please re-think this matter. The larger libraries need support to keep providing books and other media to our communities.

Libraries are so very important to communities. I started taking my daughter when she was almost 2. She will be 22 in June and she utilities the library almost every day. Please keep funding an important part of your youth's education.
