ALL 77 counties in Oklahoma have mining and do not have an aggregates tax proving,
“OKLAHOMANS ARE DUMB OKIES!!”.

Please help us! This is a bill that needs To be passed. Texas is hauling off tons and tons of granite and gravel then crossing the state line and charging a tax on it...on our gravel and we got literally no tax on it! Please please help up!

Senator Paxton, we implore you to let this bill be heard! It’s passage would provide much needed relief to counties and municipalities for our seriously deficient roads and bridges!

Please stop holding SB960, and let citizens of each county decide what is best in this matter. You are entrusted with representing your citizens, PLUS all citizens of Oklahoma...not just urban and large mining interests.

We need ATTENTION and FOCUS on SB 960!! This is a NON-RENEWABLE RESOURCE!!! Oklahoma is losing out in money that could help with infrastructure!!! Why? Because the Senate won't hear this bill!!!!!
