As Director General of DG Connect, Mr. Robert Madelin:
- instated institutionalised malpractice
- systematic discrimination of female or physically impaired researchers
- expanded within EC the British culture of whitewashing of fraudulent academics
- destroyed completely the spirit of fairness within competition for research grants
- has lost the trust of academics and researchers
- DG Connect can not lead the Single Digital Market
