In the last several weeks Rochester based, Nothnagle Realtors has been making bold advertising claims that their agents sell homes faster (an unbelievable 36 days faster) than the average agent. Research has shown that this is nowhere near the truth. Their ads have targeted unwitting consumers who rely on brokers to be truthful in their advertising.

Please ask Nothnagle to issue a prominent apology for misleading the public, to be placed in the same publications where they have promoted their false claims. And further, to commit to adhere to the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics, Article 12: REALTORS® shall be honest and truthful in their real estate communications and shall present a true picture in their advertising, marketing, and other representations.
