YouTube has brilliantly created YouTube Kids, allowing ample parental controls and we are hoping Netflix wisely follows suit.
Sign the Petition Asking Netflix to:
- Allow adults to permanently remove specific shows and suggestions from a child's profile.
- Turn off search for a more restricted experience, reducing the chance that your child will find content that you don’t want them to watch.
- Set the built-in timer to let kids know when it’s time to stop watching .
- Go the extra mile and allow users to remove specific shows and movies from adult profiles for a tailored user experience.

Please give us the power to filter what our kids see. There is too many shows that I don't want them seeing. I love your service but it is a little dangerous for the little minds. Your help will please presents everywhere. We love Netflix!
I Don't even have kids but want this filter for myself. I hate when shows I have no interest and will never have interest in continuously show up in my search queue.
If Netflix were to adapt new standards and options for parental control, it would greatly improve and increase our family's use of the service. Really great ideas here!! I especially like the idea of the timer, and the option to remove or block certain shows, movies and "suggested" titles from each user profile within the application.
I would like to be able to remove spectic shows from my kids thread!! Also choose what shows they can pick as their options for their thread.

This would be such a huge help and so awesome! We love our Netflix, and a filter would make it even better! For little ones and parents. I mean, really, I get pretty tired of "The Human Centipede" constantly showing up in suggested titles.
