Reading and writing in mother language are primordial rights of every human beings. In multi-ethnic countries like Canada, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Morocco, India, Iraq, Afghanistan,... every ethnic populations are reading and writing in their mother languages at schools. Iran is also a multi-ethnic country in which Azeris Turks, Kurds, Arabs, Balouches, Turkmens, Lors and Qashgais should read and write in their mother languages at schools too.

Abbas Lesani and all other Azerbaijani civil rights activist are only asking for education in mother language for over 30 million Azerbaijanis in Iran. Their request must be granted and all of them should be freed immediately. Education in mother language is one of the basic human rights adopted by UN and accepted worldwide.

آزادی موقت یعنی چه؟ زندانی سیاسی مگر جرمی و گناهی هم دارد که موقت آزاد شود و فردا دوباره به زندان دیکتاتور برگردانده شود؟ این تقاضا به نظر من ناقص است. من شخصاً آزادی بدون قید شرط تمامی زندانیان سیاسی را برای همیشه خواهانم در غیر اینصورت این تقاضا به مثابه معامله نسیه هست و یا بقول معروف با دلجویی از دیکتاتور حاکم. لیکن آزادی با دلجویی و ترس و واهمه بدست نمی آید، تقاضای آزادی موقت یعنی رسمیت دادن به دیکتاتوری. با التماس و دلجویی از دیکتاتور آزادی و حقوق ...، بدست نیامده و نخواهد آمد، تنها راه این است که باید مردم متحداً به زندانها هجوم ببرند و تمامی زندانیان سیاسی را از دست دشمن و دیکتاتور حاکم آزاد کنند. ولاغیر
