Currently, the middle and lower class are in dire need of relief from taxes as well as assistance in health care expenses.

This petition is intended to ask congress to implement a change in the tax code regarding health care deductions. Current tax law makes deducting even staggering medical expenses near impossible. However, by making ALL legitimate medical expenses for individuals in the middle and lower tax brackets 100% deductible, would make improvements to our income tax burden, as well as make helpful contributions to heath care reform efforts. Although this simple idea, has potential for significant and far reaching relief to those americans who are suffering BOTH tax and health care burdens, not just a small group of special people or business.
