As Apple customers we feel offended by the abuse of our confidence related to the rapid release of a new model of ipad less then 6 months from the last one. This renders our newly bought device obsolete immediately after buying. We think that a company that cares about his clients and users and wants to keep them should issue in such a case a valid exchange program to allow an easyer upgrade.

I have been reading through the comments and it is clear that so many of you felt just as surprised and let down as I did. Honestly this has grown into something much larger than I ever imagined and I am still trying to process how many people feel the same way.

I am honestly overwhelmed by how many people feel the same way about these rapid releases. This momentum truly belongs to all of you who decided to step up and speak out.

It feels like they dont even care about customer loyalty anymore. Just keep pushing out new tech and forget the people who pay the bills.

Ridiculous. Spent way too much money just for it to be outdated a few months later. Apple needs to step up.
