Let us pray for wisdom and for all the graces that we need in this time of persecution and the culture of death! Let’s pray for the conversion of hearts. And may the Lord have mercy on those that support abortion.

AAFP promoting abortion is very disappointing . We should respect and care for ALL life, born and pre-born.
Similarly, AAFP going neutral on physician assisted suicide is a disgrace. This will steer many of our patients toward PAS; to succumb to the subtle pressure to comply with state-sanctioned suicide.

Highly disappointed in the AAFP. There are plenty of non-controversial issues facing family physicians that should be the focus of the organization. Scope of practice, maintenance of certification, PBMs/safe harbor laws, etc. Change the focus, or you will lose members!

I'm a practicing family physician (27 years) and currently a faculty member at one of the nation's best FMR's particularly for high risk & operative OB training. I whole-heartily support this petition and urge you to do the right thing.

This does not represent family physicians. This is a political move and should be kept out of medicine.

AAFP has no right to take a stance in support of abortion. None whatsoever. I will be canceling my membership and encouraging others to do so also.
