I font think government is thinking about future of this kids as early childhood development is key ,it prepares,and nurture kids this also improves on drop out of learners at school cod they feel overwhelmed,learners must develop according to their age cod at 3-4 even 5 years they not ready for school.

Taking 3/4 year old to the main stream is exposing the little to morectrauma than they already experience in their communities. Those kids still need to be developed in many areas, and the ECD SECTOR is the relevant space. Bullying in schools is out of control. The classrooms are overcrowded, they can't abd won't the the individual attention they. Leave the age group in the ecd centers which are mainly run and managed by BLACK WOMEN. STOP DISEMPOWERING WOMEN
