Asilweni Bo Mama’s Stop the Early Admission of 3–4 Year Olds into Grade R: Protect the ECD Phase

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the the recent amendments to the Education law that required children from 3 years old to attend school. While I understand the intent behind this law, I strongly believe that it may not be in the best interest of all children and families.

We urge parents to stop early admissions to grade R and support ECD centres

Stop 3 to years to go to school

I say no for the Admission of 3to4 years to school

3 to 4 years are still young and developing

You are killing our children enough is enough

I reject 3 and 4 years kids to go to school

Keep ECD alive

Such a pity that this crazy dicisions is made by our leaders!!!

ECDs should continue being there for the foundation of our little ones.

3&4 year old they still completely growth miles stone, still learning through play which yooo no such at school, just formal learning. I agree NN 3&4 to school!!!! Even the 5years but.......

They must not disrupt kids growth with skipping stages of life,clearly this act does not have ,children interest .No consideration about the child's growth and stimulation this must stop and let children grow n enjoy the stages of growing.

No kids are supposed to go to school at that age ,who are we going to mold

As a parent I think it's essential to reconsider the grade RR , our children deserve a childhood free from excessive academic pressure. Let's focus on play based not academics at such a young age . We should support our children's development, not unnecessary stress .

You can not send a child of 2yrs of age to grade R their minds are not ready for ukufundiswa they still think about playing
