They are still young they can't go to school I feel like they need to be at church

3 to4 years they are not ready for school they are still needs help eg , toilet , wearing their shoes , clothes buttons , others their still need nap during the day.Ecd practioners still needs their jobs worse part Bella act tired the teachers hands so they must stay at creches

Ecd is very important for a child, it's a crucial time for brain development.ecd it's playing a very big role in the foundation of children .ecd practitioners are doing a very great which teachers in the primary school can't afford to do it ,teachers won't manage to do observation regarding children due the high number of learners in the classroom it's a lot .children require more time to learn through play school for children from 3 years is very inappropriate it will be to much for them.what are about practitioners working in ecd what's gonna happen to their jobs ?what about those children whose parents work long hours and by 6 am they are already at the centre ?

I oppose section 19 Bela bill

We want the DBE to remove or amend section 19 of the Bela bill which states that children from the age of 3 should be introduced to formal education, taken to big schools

Keep 3-4 years children at creche, they need proper foundation and care, they are still young and wetting themselves, at school they will not have time for them, parents are working coming home late, ecd or creche will stay with the child till late, at school there is no such, so don't harass this young kids ,let them stay at end centre's pls

Children between the ages of 3-4 still need motherly care and they are not yet fully independent,they also need certain nutrition and warm clean meals which school can't provide and schools don't have enough space and resources to canter for 3-4year olds.

No babies should start school at the age of 3!!

Don't take this children to formal school, they are still young, Creche have trained for this children, we have professionals that were learning at our creches

I support this petition, children need extra care at the age of three and ECD centers are there for them so they should remain in ecd not in schools.
