I am in favour of reasonable quarantine at the same time as focusing on protecting the vulnerable with vaccination.

Like SO MANY others, the quarantine is unjust and EXTREMELY destructive. Mentally, financially, physically! I am a single father and have had to leave the country to try and maintain a job (which I'm losing because my client gave up on Hong Kong as their hub), and then trying to get back is the scariest and close to impossible task I've ever faced. God forbid if something happens while I'm away; there is no way for me to get back to my daughter who can't even travel to see her mother and family because of this regulation coming back in.

Very difficult having 21 days . I couldn’t bring my parents because of this rule. My wife who has given birth to a child needs support from my family. But because of this rule we can’t arrange any one to come Hong Kong

21 days quarantine is ridiculous now it has been proven that the incubation period is shorter for the variants in circulation. Release those in quarantine immediately after the final test result is negative. Not 2 days later. Have some benefit for those who got vaccinated with a shortened quarantine period or part home quarantine. This would free up space in fully booked hotels.

It is way too bad for many minorities in HK, they can’t afford to go visit their country or family, because it is too expensive to quarantine,and uncertainty on flights aswell, despite being fully vaccined we still have to quarantine.

21 days is really tough quarantine and costly! Besides, we have to rely on hotel provided local food which is a huge waste because rarely someone likes it and one feels like a prison because they even seal the windows in the room for 21 days!! This is even pathetic than corona. Have some sense before making such laws!! It's good to be precautious but most of the infected people are caught at airport and rest can be caught within 7-10 days. Why 21 days!!
