Class of 2004. It's sad to me these issues are still present as I remember having similar conversations when I was a student at the seminary. I fully support and stand by the AAPI community and their suggestions.

I appreciate AAPTS for strongly articulating the need to recognise the diversity among Asians and Asian Americans, which PTS programs and policies related to Asian / Asian Americans need to appropriately reflect.

I concur with the statement and the suggestions that were made. I feel proud to be a part of AAPTS when I was a student there (2003-2006). When President Torrance were in office, during my time as a student there, he emphasized greatly about the Global Church and the role of the American church institution. PTS needs to continue to pursue its future endeavor in equipping leaders who will be serving in churches that are not only diverse theologically and ethnically as well in this global community.

As a Presbyterian pastor and daughter of PCUSA mission partners who served in Japan, I affirm these concerns and the suggested course of action. Our seminarians and future pastors will be well served by this initiative.
