We, the residents of Ashley Grove Apartments and other concerned Charleston area citizens, are interested in seeing the now-defunct tennis courts at said apartment complex become a playground for the children that live in Ashley Grove Apartments. There are many children living in the complex and there is nowhere for them to play. Oftentimes they play in the parking lots which is extremely unsafe for them. If they are not in the parking lots they are kept inside watching television and playing video games. Children need a SAFE OUTDOOR place to play - ALL children. This includes the children in Ashley Grove Apartments. Please sign this petition and we will send it to the people who can make this happen!
