Not allowing something that is legal because of the potential for an illegal action is overkill and anti-small business.

It is ridiculous that a clean, safe, wholesome, legitimate small business OWNED BY A WOMAN is being suppressed. This sounds like an “old boys club” being power hungry to me.

This beautiful art form deserves to be taught and passed on for generations. Let her create great works of art and to share it. The world needs more beauty in it.

My mother was an amazing potter, and it does my heart good to see anyone with passion and talent wanting to spread joy.

As a pottery, I know how vital the arts are to the health of a community. Also, as someone who has built outbuildings and a garage with electricity, I can tell you that you just have to have that. Imagine your own garage without electricity. Or a shed or poll barn where you couldn't plug in a power tool.

For crying out loud, people. She is trying to do something each city should have. Don’t be difficult.

As an artist I don’t have my studio in my home. The reason being is that I use a kiln. I also need the space to create art without putting everything away and having it organized. There will be no bathroom and she has proven that no one will be living there. Artists are great for the community. Please approve her petition.
