Ashburn Farm Home Owners Association Trustees Special Meeting on Inspections Methods

We, the Members of the Ashburn Farm Association, demand that going forward, the Annual Inspection be managed in a non-aggressive, non-threatening, non-invasive manner that respects the home-owner or renter and avoids violation of their privacy.
We, the community desire to rewrite inspection criteria and to limit the easement provided in the developer’s declaration to the lot lines without entry to the property.
We. the Members of Ashburn Farm Association request special meeting of the BOT as outlined in the Covenants (Article 4, Section 2). The meeting shall take place in the month of October 2019 at a location that Determined by the BOT. The BOT is required to give a minimum of 3 days written notice to all members of the HOA to allow attendance. It shall be on the message boards, community web site and social media.
The meeting requires signature of 20% of the owners. Be sure to include your signature that includes your address and or lot number to your membership of the association.

The Board of Trustees can no longer ignore this surge of opposition to their heavy-handed inspection tactics. They have been abusing their power for far too long and this momentum proves our community is finally ready to demand real accountability.

I have been asking you to go back to the perimeter for inspections for most of my 21 years here on Wayside Circle. Hopefully you will do this since it was what I agreed to when I purchased were. No more deck sitting and peeking through people's windows.
43902 Goldleaf Ter. Needs to change now. The way they peek in windows is super creepy and unprofessional.
