Never knew they did not need Visa's. I live in the US, but am from Aruba. Every time I come back the situation is worse! Too small an island to deal with people escaping the horror of their own country. These are NOT tourists that contribute to the economy of Aruba, at least not the majority of them, wandering the streets, staring at you and following you as you shop in a Supermarket, etc. etc.
