As an Aruban student living in The Netherlands, I've always had plans to return to my island after studying in order to help my island grow. However, based on recent news, Aruba looks less and less attractive. This means that the island will continue to feel the effects of a brain drain.

Sorry neighbors..our island is just too small. Maybe you could go to Colombia, Brazil, Panama, etc?
