People have to understand that an island such as Aruba can't take these people in, especially with their tendency to commit crimes as seen in the recent influx of crimes committed by these people such as mass credit card fraud and straight up assault. Realistically speaking, the ones not staying in the hotels are NOT coming here for vacation, but for other nefarious reasons and they have to deal with the law.
