This is not intelligence. This is automation.
This is not progress. This is Theft.
An interesting technology that can actually be used to help individuals but instead it exploits the labour of a working class. To have a select few get immediately rich over the years of education and hardwork of an already underpaid class of vocationals.
This is not ethical.

As a young artist myself, AI really made me question if having art as a job would be alright. But with regulations on it, it will keep my mind at ease.

Ai art and it's users thrives on driving out the artists who created the images they stole. It should not be a complicated matter, but it is because money and company matters more than thousands of art workers and now we have to sign petitions just to have any kind of voice.

Illustrator. Until AI is trained ethically with permission and fair compensation to every single person whose arts and works have been stolen, there is 0 negotiation in its use in any commercial space.

As a teacher in art, illustration, and animation, I really fear what kind of future we are currently building for my students. These future animators and illustrators are currently working hard to acquire skills that will allow them to work in an industry that seeks to replace them with repurposed stolen work.
As a professional illustrator, I already see the impact of AI on my income, and if nothing is done, I fear the situation will worsen.

it is SIMPLY not right, artists have the rights to not allow AI to train on their art WITHOUT CONSENT. Simple as that.
