IA is using billions of artwork from artists around the world without any compensation or prealable agreement. These techs must be regulated and artists must be involved into the writing of these regulations.

Solidarity among artists and animators, this software needs regulation and we won't stop fighting until it happens!

I am an artist and I agree that there needs to be laws and anti-art-piracy software put it in place to solve the issue of artists being deprived of their original style and not gaining any profit on someone indirectly using their skills through ai generation. It is an outrage that so many of us have to suffer job loss and end of career because of thechnological crime against us artists.

Thank you for considering how generative AI models are adversely affecting the creative industry. As a Senior Visual Artist & Designer, I’ve been contracting at Google for 8yrs. I have a certificate in AI from MIT and I’m able to apply that knowledge to current AI projects. Many large-scale generative text-to-art models were created by scraping artists work without consent. This must be course corrected immediately! In addition, some AI will subsume creative work leavening few areas for true creative innovation, especially when the initial training data cannot be replenished by human artists. AI has many wonderful applications, but gutting entire industries due to the reckless unleashing of these tools in is not one of them. Livelihoods and the future of human creativity and expression are at stake here. Please deeply consider the ramifications on society that generative art is having not just on this creative industry, but also many others. Let’s enable creatives and others to properly/responsibly develop and use AI tools, and not strip dignity, rights, and the soul of humanity. Now is the time for a thoughtful approach to regulation and legislation.

I'm a Digital Matte Painter, conserned about humanity's cultural wellbeing, and artists mental health. We need goverment intervention, and regulation to protect the future of the current and next generation of artists.

Unregulated AI shouldn't exist within borders of EU and I want more human made art not generative art.

Jobs in the thousands or more will be affected indiscriminately if AI regulations and employer’s code of ethics are not created.
